Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers 2025, Dallas

As Pi Kappa Phi’s officer training institute, Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers prepares newly elected, re-elected officers and key committee chairmen for their roles as leaders of their chapter.

ATTENDANCE

Attendance will be taken for each portion of the training for all officers. Mandatory delegates to attend are archon, vice archon, treasurer, warden, chaplain, risk management chairman, philanthropy chairman and standards board chairman.

The following is an outline of the attendance expectations:

• All officers attending Pi Kapp College are required to complete their modules by January 1, 2025. Those who have not done so will not be allowed to check in until they are completed.
• Secretary and historian need to complete their modules by January 31, 2025, at 11:59 P.M. ET. Failure to do so will result in a $100 fine and possible removal from office.
• 100% completion/attendance of all training components (online and in-person) related to Pi Kapp College for Chapter Officers will count towards the insurance rebate for the chapter for the upcoming year.
• Failure to communicate any registration substitutions by the deadline, without a valid explanation to your chapter’s director of chapter services, will result in a $100 chapter fine per substitution.
